Refund / Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us.

Zaiko reserves the right to cancel any order not falling within our service areas. For Cancellations made by Zaiko, full amount will be refunded within 3 working days. In case the order is cancelled by the Customer upto 6 hours in advance, customer can either avail a credit note from Zaiko and book next meal of same or less value absolutely free or the customer can request for a refund in which case 3% amount will be deducted. For any cancellation made less than 6 hours in advance, no refund will be made.
